does ncyc offer scholarships?
NCYC scholarships are provided for individuals who require financial assistance to attend the conference. They are funded by individual online donations and from the annual NCYC collection. These scholarships can subsidize registration costs for an individual.
Note: In the event a pass has already been purchased and a scholarship is awarded, NFCYM will not refund for already purchased passes.
The timeline for selection is as follows:
- Scholarship Application Opens — November 23
- Application Deadline (Spring) — March 1
- Notifications (Spring) — April 1
- Application Deadline (Summer) — July 1
- Notifications (Summer) — August 1
To request a scholarship, please fill out and submit this form. NFCYM will award registration-only scholarships. Financial assistance is not available for travel or accommodations. Only NFCYM members in good-standing are eligible for group or may nominate a non-member for a scholarship. NFCYM will not award scholarships to anyone who has already purchased a pass.
