Thank you for your interest in the 2025 NCYC. Ticket sales have now closed. If you have already purchased passes, you must contact NFCYM by email ([email protected]) to:
- Edit tickets/registrations
- Substitute tickets/registrations
- Revoke tickets/registrations
- Buy additional passes
Note: You cannot register participants until we receive payment. To expedite that process, NFCYM can provide ACH and wire transfer instructions upon request.

Your best option is to buy early! Take advantage of the exclusive discounts before prices are adjusted, and plan ahead to maximize your savings.

HOtels
NFCYM has contracted six hotels near the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center. Groups can make hotel requests in NFCYM Connect after paying in full for at least one NCYC pass. Rooms are currently $269 per night, plus applicable taxes. All rooms have two beds unless otherwise indicated.
To qualify for the NCYC group rate, you must book through NFCYM’s Connect platform. The hotels page will appear after you purchase and pay for at least one ticket. All group hotels require a three-night stay, from Thursday to Sunday. You may book elsewhere, but using NCYC block hotel rooms helps underwrite the cost of the convention center rental. Remember that if you choose to depart on Saturday, you must arrange to store your group’s luggage.
Other Costs
For a overnight travel experience, there will naturally be additional costs associated with experiencing the event beyond the ticket purchase alone.
