NCYC Registration 101

ncyc Registration

Diocesan delegation leaders, please distribute the tickets you have purchased and encourage your local leaders to distribute the tickets you have sent them. Local leaders, please encourage your chaperones and parents/guardians to complete the registration form.

  • A properly completed chaperone/adult registration should have the adult’s name in both the Current Holder and Participant columns.

  • A properly completed youth registration should have the guardian’s name in the Current Holder column and the youth’s name in the Participant Column.

If this isn’t what you see when reviewing your Manage Tickets page, read through the following information for tips to complete or correct registration.

WHAT TO DO WHEN:

A parent/guardian says they didn’t get the email.
A parent says they don’t understand how to register their child.

Go to the Registration Site: https://nfcym.leadlms.com/register/group/437

  • Select Log-in or Create Account (make sure to use the same email address that your group leader used to send you the ticket

On the Register Participants Tab

  • Click Add Participant → New Family Member.
  • Enter your child’s name. (Important: click the name when it appears in the auto-suggest list so the “Next” button activates.)
  • Select Create Sub Account, complete your child’s info, and click Submit.

Register your child

  • Back on the Register Participants page, find your child’s name and click Start.
  • Complete the registration forms and required signatures.

A parent or guardian says the system is asking them to purchase a ticket or they can’t complete their registration:

  • This is likely because they’re logging in with a different email than the one their ticket was originally sent to.

  • This often happens when a youth minister sends a ticket to a parent or child, and the parent later tries to register using another email. If registration has not been completed the group leader who sent the ticket can revoke it and resend it to the correct email or parent/guardian can log in with the email which ticket was sent.

Revoking Tickets

  • You can call back tickets that you have previously sent to someone else. This is especially usefull for substitutions!

  • Ticket cannot be revoked (by you) if registration is already complete until the “Current Holder” releases the ticket back to you or you let us know.

Youth Registrations

  • Youth participants must be registered under a parent or guardian account to be considered properly registered. To make this process easier, we’ve prepared a simple step-by-step guide families can follow to properly create an account, add their child, and complete the required form.

How to Register a Child/Youth Participant

  • Tip: To see if a youth is properly registered, you should see the parent/guardian name under “Current Holder” and the youth participant name under “Participant.” See the picture below for reference.
