Get Ready to Be Transformed through Service at NCYC!

Announcing the Interactive Exhibit Hall (IEH) Service Projects at 2025 NCYC! This year, the space is built around the powerful “I Am” statements that connect us to the sacraments.

through the eucharist, I am transformed

In the Service Project Area, participants will dive into “I Am Transformed – The Eucharist.” Here, we are not just talking about transformation—we are living it.  The gift of the Eucharist invites a response to turn that gift into action and become Christ for others through service. Here’s what we’re asking participants bring to NCYC:

  • Plastic Grocery Bags → Don’t toss them—transform them! Right onsite, participants will weave these bags into mats for the homeless, benefitting Weaving God’s Blessings Ministry.
  • T-Shirts → That old tee has a new purpose! You’ll repurpose them into washable, reusable bags to benefit Hearts in Motion.
  • Diapers (size 2+) and wipes → Every pack makes a difference. These will go directly to St. Vincent de Paul to support families who need a little extra love.

Every single item you bring becomes a chance to serve, to create, and to remind the world what the Eucharist calls us to do—be Christ’s hands and heart for others.

So, bring your bags, shirts, diapers, and wipes, and come ready to roll up your sleeves. Together, we’ll turn ordinary things into extraordinary blessings!

See you in Indy!
